Lonely Cat Games

I am starting to use ProfiMail on HTC Sensation XE. So far, a great product.
One problem however:
I use HTC-Sync to synchronize contacts, calendar, pictures, etc, between my phone and my computer.
During the synchronization process, HTC-Sync gains access to the sdcard, and during this while, the sdcard is not visible to the phone.
As a result, the accounts and mail contents disappear from ProfiMail.
Once HTC-Sync completes, the sdcard is visible again to ProfiMail, yet the accounts do not appear again.
The only way to make those accounts appear again is to kill the ProfiMail service, or restart the phone.
Unless there is some setting which I can change to circumvent this side effect.
