Thats why I have already requested to use the button between the volume keys (on a E71) to confirm/select an email or whatever.

But that's NOT what i'm requesting. I'm requesting to use the Volume buttons as a way to quickly adjust the email readable font size on the go.

Mark,it might be introduced in the next version with key 0 as the shortcut key.

Coming back to tweaks.

-I've noticed that preview percent 40,45 and 50 all are same.No changes in the length of preview screen.Similarly i've seen that there are two preview percent corresponing to the same length.

-There are like ten tweaks now,and there's no option to set a particular tweak to default value.
Imagine you just want to set vibration time to default keeping the rest tweaks unchanged.Only way to do it atm is to reset all. This is annoying.

There is a nice tweak "Prefer plain text", which download and show text version of the HTML messages if exist. I use it and work fine with few exceptions. From time to time I receive the HTML message where as text part is only something like this "Please, switch to the html format."
Will be nice if there'll be an option for download and show the HTML part on request, when this tweak is active (or offer HTML version as attachment).

Logically, message list is aligned to entire lines of messages. You wouldn't like to see 3.25 lines of messages in the list.

Can we have an option to reset tweaks to default individually?

You already have: Tweaks -> Reset to default
It's the first entry.

Sunil wants to have an option to reset every tweak individually and NOT all tweaks at once. ;)

Please consider this. Split workdays and weekend times into 2. M-F for workday times and Sat-Sun for weekend times. Having it together is just wrong.

Hi LCG-Team,

another little Tweak request to this excellent program:

When I receive an email with multiple adresses in the header, it would be nice to be able to answer also to other recipients of this mail

Example:
My friend Matthew sends me pictures of his car, but he also sends this email to 2 other people, lets say Anne and Patrick. Let's say I don't have Patricks Email, but I want to send him an Email. When I press "5" to see the header, it would be great to mark Patricks adress to send him an email.

Use Reply all and edit addresses where you want to send it.

Another request by me: an option (maybe via the search) to only show flagged mails.

Another tweak request: read-reply. Simply adds a Disposition-Notification-To header with the email address defined in the account to each message you send.

Is it possible to have a tweak to configure each folder individually to download mails for past "X" no. of days.........eg Inbox to download last 30 days, folder "YY" to download 150 days and so on and so forth.....
i use lot of folders in gmail and this option is a must for me

Also whenever new mail arrives, i can hear the notification sound, but no icon or symbol (not even the usual globe in taskbar)....
i m using HTC touch Pro (WM 6.1) and use Touchflo 3D interface on it

~

That is not a tweak but a new feature.

Ability to increase font size for popup options without having to increase the font UI for everything else, so that items are easier to select with finger on s60v5 devices.

Example:
-I start composing a new email with some content, but hit the back button.
"Save As draft", "Delete Message" etc are quite small and barely take up room on the screen on the Nokia 5800 and are hard to select with a finger. I don't want to accidentally delete or save messages I didn't mean to.

Would be great to have these options more finger friendly as far as selecting. The font size is fine for me elsewhere so I would like only these options to be larger.

In tht case, can we hav this feature in version 3.15..........in fact, wud luv to hav options to configure each folder separately.......eg

- No,. of days to download mail
- Download entire bodies or just headers
- Separate notification sound for each folder
- Folder view - colour, preview height etc etc

Ok, this will be improved for touchscreen devices. Although there will be no tweak setting, it will be just improved.

Since I am not sure if the last change mentioned will address these as well I will include them. A few more touch un-friendly areas:

Attaching files to emails has two issues for s60v5:
1) The file/folder items are very small and almost require stylus use to select.
2) Once you highlight a file, you have to use Menu>Select to actually add it. There is no other way to confirm the selection, which seems kind of odd. There should be a direct button to confirm the selection or a double-tap or something.

-Cancel button during messages update could be larger, since nothing else on the screen is selectable anyways.

-the attachment navigation arrows (if you are viewing an email with more than 3 attachments) are extremely small...

Thank you.

A tweak for the beta testers which would let users interested in beta testing would help provide better support to the LCG beta testing phase.
This tweak if ticked would let users download the beta versions and hence participate in the beta testing by giving their valuable suggestions.

For instance an option "Participate in testing" under tweak would be handy.

I hope, that the tweaks: "Update mailbox in background" and "send message in background" are not so hard to implement.
They should be very useful, especially when "send immediately" is used.
That window with download progress is rather annoying, especially when you want to reply to several emails. It can be also replaced by showing update progress under account name on main screen (text w/ or w/o 3-4px progress bar). Or I can suggest showing progressbar somewhere like top of the app...

Also, adding header like "notify on read/receive" will be really great, and, I hope, not so difficult. I really like to understand, that my partner has received and read my message...
