My wish: Preferences/"Use system font" as in Profimail and X-plore.

No explicit option as of now for using System Font but you can have system font by going to Menu>Tools>About screen and pressing 800.

Ah, you created a secret area for that. Thank you for this hint!
:)
The translations of the applications into German are as excellent as your products.
Greetings from there.

(Sorry, that I logged in this way; I had just this one wish, cause I'm a typo nerd.)

- Flac support
- proper support for headsets remote (should work when phone is locked and when JB works in background)

I found a bug in LCG Jukebox
edit: nvm my bad

And I have 2 requests, one major, one minor:
major one: I'm a big last.fm user, please add support to generate scrobbler.log to scrobble listened tracks on jukebox. rockbox and psp has support of this. I think it shouldn't be that hard

minor one: please add .flac support

Thanks for reading

I'll add to the chorus of requests for FLAC support.

Hello from a new owner of LCG Jukebox, and new forum member.
Thanks to LCG for the great player, please keep up the good work!

Wish list:
- A quick&easy keyboard shortcut to delete the currently playing song from the phone (actual file delete, not just remove from the playlist). E.g. there could be a configuration option to choose whether the C key deletes the song from the playlist only or from the phone altogether. After delete, the player should automatically continue playing the next song (if any). I know it's possible to delete a file from the Playlist menu, but it requires too many key presses. Also the key-combination press is not so good, as it requires two-hand operation. And also it requires sliding the phone open.
- Option for larger fonts.
- Option to select which folders to show (or hide) in Folder Select view. (Because most of the folders there are not used for music anyway.)
- Disable oscilloscope & make volume indication cover less screen area. This would save screen area for other more useful items - see below.
- It would be nice if the main player window would always also display the folder name and file name, in addition (or instead of, based on user setting) the ID3tag data.
- Custom EQ setting is lost when selecting any other preset EQ... would be nice not to reset it to flat setting, especially since Flat is one of the availablle presets anyhow.
- It would be very useful if folder selection view would also show files in each folder (they don't necessarily need to be selectable; just seeing what's in a folder would be great, however selecting just a file could simply just play the file (creating a single-file playlist)). Similar thing already works under "Add Items to playlist" option, so I guess it would not be that difficult to offer it also under folder selection option?
- Navigation pad up/down action could be used for previous/next song (number buttons 1 and 3 require sliding the phone open), as volume is anyhow controlled by the side-mounted dedicated volume keys on most phones. A config option perhaps?
- Configurable keyboard shortcuts.

Nice regards, Jan

And how to then revert to the default operation?

Repeat the same procedure to get back the original font.

Another wish:
- Let the user choose whether to keep getting the warning messages (to be able to skip the "Do you really want to delete this file?" question every time; both for playlist delete and for the memory delete).

(If such memory delete seems to "dangerous", the user could be asked to specify some sort of "Recycle Bin" folder, where the files would be moved, insted of actually deleted.)

I got a little wish...
may be it is possible to make an option to switch to different skin mode, i mean little more slick design... like all controls and panels are at the same positions but more nice or glossy...because honestly saying, present desing is rather boring... even though you may change color themes...
I think adding skins (user editable, like one picture for whole screen) would make program much more attractive.. :)

I too agree wit this memeber. LCG Jukebox needs to have a more sleek and modern design. The functionality is superb and i love the fact that newer releases are coming out ever soo often to keep us interested and telling more ppl to join in with LCG.

Also it would be nice if the oscilloscope could be changed or disabled. It green color is not preferred. If it could also be added for customization it would be great.

Thanks alot for the new function where we can read the lyrics embedded in songs.

Also would like to vote for the Volume increasing option. Also would recommend stereo balance.

All the Best LGC team!

Since V2.50 my keyboard shortcuts don't work anymore.

Like open folders by number 4 and so on.

I use Jukebox with a Samsung i7110.

So will this be fixed? otherwise i would change back to V2.45, if I can find an old file.

Greetings from Germany,

Lorenz

You can always download the previous version from Menu>Tools>Program Update.

Check for update and it'll give you the option to install the previous version which is 2.45!

Hi,
I'm using LLC Jukebox 2.50 on Nokia E90 with BT headphones Nokia BH-903. I've realized that my battery is going to emtpy very quickly compared to the original Nokia music player. I've also realized that Jukebox produce some noise even it is paused or stopped. I also think that this noise is transmited to the BT headphones continuously and that could cause quick battery depletion.
Would it be possible to mute Jukebox when it's paused or stopped as well as you did it on the end of the playlist (more info here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=8267)?
Thank you very much and keep up at good work.

The above is not working on my N97. Is there anything special I need to do?

Thanks

Make sure that your keypad is in the numeric mode.

My wish is:

to have an option (or change the behavior generally) not to add started streams automatically to the play list.

The scenario is like that:
1) I have a play list with my local files open
2) I start a new stream I want to listen to
3) After a while I want to switch back to my local files (e.g. because I traveled to an area without reception)

Now it es inconvenient that all the streams I had started in the meantime have been added to the play list - I don't need them there.
A random play back would - sooner or later - get me back to the streams I don't want / or cant listen at the moment.
As I can organize my streams in the stream manager I have no need to additionally do this in play lists - least of all 'automatically'.

Thanks
Chris

By design, anything that is played must be in playlist.
But we could change it a bit - auto-remove these streams automatically added from Station manager, as soon as user skips to different track or adds another stream.

I would much appreciate this option. :)

Add a Playlist button to the main screen. I load the playlist often, and going to the menu all the time is fiddly with the touchscreen. A button would be a lot easier.

May I add the wish for a fast and easy change of the play list?

The shortest way I know to get a new play list is:
- first I have to open the play list (hit the title area)
- then I have to open the [menu] -> [play list] -> [open]
- then choose the new playlist
It takes even more clicks if you use the menu to switch to the play list.

Shortcut [T] and [O] would do the trick but for this I would have to slide the keyboard open (N97mini).

-> I want a direct button/area in the main player view.
Maybe a double click (or long holding) on the title area showing the last opened play lists?

Thanks
Chris

My wish for phones with touch screen:

Scrolling lists (playlist, radiolist) by sliding a finger on items as it is in system lists.

Thank you!
