Updated to 3.35 and disappointed to note it does not support the simplest feature of most Android programs....no alerts for new messages as K-9 does! :(

ProfiMail provides alerts: in notifications bar, sound with selectable volume, vibration.
Soon we plan to add home screen widget.
Anything else you'd need?

In my case the MS Exchange Support... Are there any plans to integrate this feature?

Bye for now!
Tom

Please take a look to reduce the pover consumtion !

I did try following:

100% charging, than over night 8 hours standby.
With Profimail power did reduce from 100% to 78% in 8 hours. (2,75% /hour) [-X
With K9-Mail power did reduce from 100% to 92% in 8 hours ! (1% /hour)

Boath tests with same conditions !

So, please try to reduce the power consumtion !!

Hi,

I just installed the Profimail Trial from the Android Market and install my accounts, like Gmail, Hotmail and yahoo.

When I try to connect I got the following error.

Error!
Unauthorized access!
Error:104

Do you have any idea what is the exact problem?

I vry much like the Anxroid version on my Dell Streak (2.2). I do wish there could be a widget showing incoming mail. Also, something like that for the lohckscreen would be vrfy useful. I am not so muvh voncerned about data confidentiality. It could judt show e from and subject

We've just installed ProfiMail 3.38 on our Archos70 device and get the same error:

When I try to connect I got the following error.

Error!
Unauthorized access!
Error:104

Do you have any idea what is the exact problem?

Notes:
- on Archos70 running Android 2.1 we got connection failed after several minutes
- after upgrade to Android 2.2.1 we immediately receive Error: 104 when trying to connect
- all other mail tools we tried, do not have any connection problems
- ProfiMail works perfectly with the same settings on our HTC Desire Android 2.2 device

Currently using version 3.38 on HTC Desire (2.2).

Generally I think it's great but today noticed that even if the phone is in silent mode Profimail will still cause vibrate on new mail. Can this be fixed please?

Kinetic scrolling not great but not a problem either (for me anyway).

Thanks.

How do you get an Android to suggest a list of contact links? I have a new myTouch running Android, and I have several duplicate contacts. I noticed that on occasion it will suggest linking them, but is there a way to get the phone to give me the list again?

Although the license isn't cheap, anyone who's used this App on Symbian knows it's by far the best E-mail client for mobile phones currently on the market and in 3.35 (Nov 08 2010) Android version, Added Reply-to address setting, Drawing image thumbnails in attachments, New "Header contains" Rule condition, "Move to folder" Rule action working also for POP3.
