Hi,

I've get entire message option unticked so new headers are downloaded.

First bug, I had old emails in yahoo and when I opened them today, the attachments appeared downloaded and when I moved over them, they grayed out automatically. I've reported this in one of the beta versions earlier but I don't think it has been resolved yet. I don't know what made PM forgot the already downloaded email's attachments.

Secondly, I deleted those emails from device and then when I tried to re download them, it downloaded whole message which was of 394 kb but when I had a look at the attachments, they were all grayed out. It downloaded the whole email of 394 kb but the attachments appeared grayed.

Thirdly, when I tried to download those attachments, PM crashed.

Phone - E50.

Edit : Since PM forgot the downloaded attachments and PM was crashing while downloading those grayed attachments, I decided to delete the email from device and when i downloaded that email again, I found that PM now has downloaded the attachment twice. Below is the screen shot when i deleted that email twice and found the attachment thrice(One was a proper download and the other two were grayed) as shown below.

Image

And these grayed attachments are of 0 KB size so i decided to download them separately but it resulted in a crash.

Firstly PM forgets the already downloaded attachments and secondly when you delete the email from device and then re download the email, the attachments appear twice.

I hope I am more clear now.

Can this bug be fixed?

I don't know why PM forgets the already downloaded attachments. It happens with IMAP too but atleast the attachments didn't appeared twice after i re downloaded the email.

Today I downloaded attachment on my Gmail Imap and it was getting downloaded as I could see data transfer taking place at the bottom left but the progress bar didn't showed the progress at all. It remained blank. Finally it got downloaded. It was an image and when I clicked on it to open, it said unable to open file. Same error when trying to open it with using system option.

Can anyone confirm?
