Dear Admin,

I am a new user of Profimail and I am a bit disappointed because of the problems I am having with profimail on N97.

1) After the download of all HOTMAIL messages, Profimail crashes each time I want to update the hotmail mailbox. I tried several times to delete the account and download messages again but each time it's the same problem. Hotmail becomes unusable.
2) When trying to download Gmail messages (with IMAP), Profimail returns always an error after around 70 messages downloaded.
3) I tried to downgrade to 3.14. After the installation I realised that all downloaded messages have disappeared. Profimail starts the download of the new headers.

Any explanation and solutions to these problems.

Please post the log file of Gmail problem.

I think downgrade will delete all of your emails while an upgrade doesn't
