can i put x-plore as default file explorer app for my custom rom for htc holiday, so i can make more people use x-plore?

two things i have to take care of:
1. i need to get your permission. can you allow?
2. to my knowledge, x-plore is designed to display a message box when it detects it is not installed from the android market. can you remove this, since it's free as of right now?
