Now it is possible to explore Picasa web albums in X-plore.

The first time when Picasa tab in X-plore is opened, user needs to confirm that X-plore can access Picasa web albums associated with Google account configured on Android device. If there're more Google accounts configured, X-plore offers to choose which account to open.
Then albums are listed, with their cover images and description, they appear as folders.
New albums may be created with
New folder function.
After opening album, all photos in it are listed. These are images or even videos, and may be opened with X-plore's internal image or video viewer, or by other application on device.
Images may be copied from web album to other location, and images may be also uploaded to web album, using standard Copy/Move function.
Other possible operations are renaming, deleting, and editing captions on both Albums and Images.
X-plore's built-in image viewer displays also image captions when viewing images.
Note: picasa holds multiple resolutions of photos, and X-plore uses lower resolution version when displaying in image viewer, and original resolution image when copying from Picasa to other location. This provides very good performance (download speed) when viewing images, while still allows to retrieve original image.
And in context menu on image, you may also find option to view image in its original resolution. But it will take somehow longer to download and display it.
Note: Picasa has single hierarchy - albums and photos inside. There're no folders in albums, attempt to copy folders (with images) to Picasa Album will work, but folder won't be created, only images copied.
Enjoy your web photo album in X-plore...
And if you like X-plore, please give it 5 stars in Android Market
